House Captain Elections 2014

21st October 2014

We recently held elections to find our first ever group of House Captains. It was a very formal process, which we all took very seriously.

Children had to first write a letter of application to Mrs Caffrey, making clear why they felt they should get the job. They then had to prepare a 30 second presentation to persuade the whole school to vote for them. Elections were held (a secret ballot) and the winners announced in assembly. All of the staff were incredibly impressed by everyone's attitude to the elections and feel that our House Captains are perfect for the job!!

Here are just some of the application letters - very mature, I'm sure you'll agree...
